Ludoway E-Commerce is based in Italy and manages the online store available at ludoway.com. References to “Ludoway”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in this policy refer to the operator of the store.

Order preparation does not normally take place on weekends or public holidays.

2. Countries and Delivery Locations

Ludoway delivers to customers in multiple countries worldwide, subject to the availability and service coverage of our shipping partners.

If we are unable to ship to your selected destination, this will normally be indicated during the checkout process.

3. Estimated Transit Times

After an order has been prepared and dispatched, it is transferred to the relevant shipping carrier.

Our estimated transit times are:

United Kingdom & Ireland: 3–7 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
United States: 3–7 business days
Other international destinations: 3–14 business days

These timeframes are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.

Transit may occasionally be affected by customs procedures, local carrier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances affecting the delivery network.

4. Delivery Charges

Any shipping charges applicable to your order will be presented during checkout before payment is completed.

Free shipping may be available for eligible destinations or orders.

Where a shipping fee applies, the relevant amount will be calculated and displayed as part of the checkout process.

Customers will be able to review the applicable shipping cost before confirming their purchase.

5. Optional Shipping Protection

Depending on your location, Ludoway may offer optional Shipping Protection during checkout for €2, £2, or $2.

This optional service is separate from standard shipping and is only added to your order when selected during checkout.

Shipping Protection provides additional assistance in eligible cases involving loss or damage while an order is in transit, subject to the applicable terms.

Choosing Shipping Protection is entirely optional and does not affect any mandatory consumer rights or legal protections that may apply to your purchase.

Customers may continue with the standard available shipping option without purchasing Shipping Protection.

6. Order Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email containing the relevant tracking details will be sent after your order has been dispatched.

Carrier systems may require between 24 and 72 hours to display the first tracking update.

Temporary delays in tracking updates do not necessarily indicate that a shipment has stopped moving.

7. Returning an Order

Ludoway does not process returns in person.

Products approved for return must be sent using the return instructions provided by our customer support team and, where applicable, through the designated courier or drop-off service.

8. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Depending on the destination and applicable local requirements, VAT, sales tax, import duties, customs charges, or other local fees may apply.

Where charges are collected during checkout, the applicable amounts will be presented before the purchase is completed.

Any customs charges or local import fees not collected by Ludoway may be determined by the relevant authorities in the destination country.

Customs procedures may occasionally affect delivery times. Ludoway cannot control processing times imposed by customs authorities or local border agencies.

9. Delivery Problems

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for reviewing and providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.

If a parcel is returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery costs may apply before the order can be shipped again.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe a shipment has been lost in transit, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

For damaged products, we may request photographs or other reasonable information to help us assess the issue.

After reviewing the case, an appropriate solution will be provided in accordance with our policies and applicable consumer rights. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or refund.

10. Cancelling an Order

An order cancellation may be requested before order processing has started.

Once an order has entered preparation or has already been dispatched, we may no longer be able to stop or cancel the shipment.

If cancellation is no longer possible, you may still be entitled to request a return after receiving the order, subject to our Refund & Return Policy and any applicable consumer rights.
