Refunds Policy

1. Time Allowed for Returns

Customers may contact Ludoway to request a return within 30 days after receiving their order.

All return requests are subject to the conditions and procedures set out below.

2. Requirements for Returning an Item

To be considered eligible for a return, products must generally remain in their original condition.

The item must be unused and unworn, with its original tags still attached and returned in the original packaging. Customers must also be able to provide proof of purchase.

If a returned product does not comply with these requirements, Ludoway may decline the return or apply a partial refund where appropriate, subject to applicable consumer rights.

3. Arranging a Return

Returns cannot be handed in personally at our office or business address.

Customers must contact our support team before sending a product back. Once the return request has been reviewed, the appropriate shipping instructions will be provided.

Approved returns may need to be sent through a designated drop-off point or by an appropriate courier service, depending on the instructions provided.

Items sent back without contacting Ludoway in advance or without following the return instructions provided may not be accepted.

4. Cost of Returning Products

If an item is defective, arrives damaged, or is not the product that was ordered, Ludoway will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

For eligible returns involving a change of mind or a product with no confirmed defect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

This does not affect any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer protection law.

5. Refund Procedure

Once the returned item has arrived at the designated return location, it will be checked to confirm whether the return requirements have been satisfied.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within up to 10 business days.

Please be aware that banks, card issuers, and other payment providers may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

6. Charges That May Not Be Reimbursed

Unless reimbursement is required under applicable law, the following costs may be excluded from a refund:

Original shipping charges
Return shipping expenses paid by the customer
Customs duties and import taxes
Other related customs or local charges

Mandatory consumer refund rights remain unaffected.

7. Refund Taking Longer Than Expected

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us at:

Our customer support team will review the refund status and, when necessary, help verify the transaction with the relevant payment provider.

8. EU Customers and the 14-Day Withdrawal Right

Customers receiving orders in a European Union country may exercise the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their purchase, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection rules.

Customers wishing to exercise this right should inform Ludoway within the relevant 14-day period.

Products should be returned unused and unworn, with their original tags and packaging, subject to the conditions and protections established by applicable law.

The direct cost of returning an order under the right of withdrawal is generally the customer's responsibility, unless applicable legislation provides otherwise.

Refunds due under European Union consumer law will be processed using the original payment method and in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.

9. Your Legal Rights

Nothing contained in this Returns & Refunds Policy is intended to remove, limit, or override any mandatory consumer rights or legal protections provided by applicable laws and regulations.
