Ludoway allows customers to submit a return request within 30 days from the date their order is received.
Return requests must follow the requirements and procedures described in this policy.
To qualify for a return, the product must be in an appropriate return condition.
Items should:
Be unused and unworn
Have all original tags attached
Be returned in the original packaging
Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase
Products that do not meet the applicable return requirements may be declined or, where appropriate, qualify only for a partial refund.
Please note that Ludoway does not accept returns delivered in person to our office or business location.
Approved returns must be sent using the return method provided by our customer support team. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
A designated drop-off location
An approved courier or shipping service

Products sent without contacting us in advance or without following the provided return procedure may not be accepted.
When a product is confirmed as defective, damaged, or different from the item ordered, Ludoway will cover reasonable return shipping expenses where applicable.
If a customer decides to return an eligible non-defective product because of a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
After a returned product reaches the designated return location, it will be reviewed to confirm that the applicable return conditions have been met.
Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the payment method originally used for the purchase within up to 10 business days.
After a refund has been issued by Ludoway, additional processing time may be required by your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider before the funds appear in your account.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, certain expenses may not be eligible for reimbursement, including:
Original shipping charges
Return shipping costs paid by the customer
Customs duties
Import taxes
Other related customs or local charges
Any statutory refund rights available under applicable consumer protection laws will continue to apply.

Customers whose orders are delivered within the European Union may have a legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact Ludoway within the applicable 14-day period.
Returned products should be unused, unworn, and include their original tags and packaging, subject to any rights or exceptions established by applicable law.
Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning products when exercising the right of withdrawal.
Eligible refunds under applicable European Union consumer legislation will be returned using the original payment method, subject to the relevant legal requirements.
This Refund & Return Policy does not exclude, restrict, or reduce any mandatory rights or legal remedies available to consumers under applicable laws and regulations.
